So it is more suitable for people to live temporarily, rental, and sell. Although the price is very cheap, the quality of this kind of house from WZH company is very good. After some big configuration upgrades, the expandable container house now use 75mm thick wall panels. And the window frame and door frame have been upgraded from plastic steel to aluminum. Compared to the house before upgrade，the insulation and waterproof performance have been greatly improved. So the houses of WZH company are now very popular in many countries, especially in Australia，New Zealand.

4 Bedroom option has a 900mm wide Kitchenette, Stone top, Single bowl sink and flick mixer.

Note: Kitchen is NOT supplied flat packed, Kitchen supplied in a protective wrap, add adjustable feet and install stones top, sink and tap; water and waste points conveniently located.
